The Virginia Dental Center are experienced and take a lot of pride in complex and esthetically challenging cases. Modern all ceramic restorations, CAD/CAM technology, and custom laboratory shading compliment his experience, skill and the modern techniques used that consistently yield long-lasting and highly esthetic results.

We are proud to display cases that we have recently completed, in which our patients have literally said, ‘you changed my life.’ I take a lot of pride in the review of patient’s goals and expectations and then later during the treatment planning phase to assure that my patients have a thorough understanding of the “what” and the “how.” I want each patient to know that they are going to get the absolute best modern dentistry has to offer.

Patient presented with a temporary crown on implant #8 (upper right central incisor). A cement-retained E.max crown was fabricated due to the superior esthetic properties. Please take note of the unique characteristics and shade changes within her teeth that were matched perfectly. Good, clear communication with our dental laboratories was critical to reproduce a natural looking tooth for our patient.

Patient presented for a chair-side resin veneer on tooth #8 (upper right central incisor) due to the discoloration and darkness present. The patient did not want to incur the cost of a lab fabricated veneer. The outcome is subtle, but the patient was thrilled with the overall outcome. If the patient is happy and smiling, so are we.

Patient was unhappy with the appearance of her maxillary peg lateral incisors. E.max veneers were fabricated and bonded into place. Please take note of the subtle characteristics of her natural teeth with the decalcifications or white spots that were reproduced in the final restorations. The patient was very happy with the overall outcome.

Patient was unhappy with the shade discrepancy between her two upper front teeth and the cavitation or hole present on tooth #9 (upper left maxillary incisor). Two porcelain fused to zirconia crowns were completed. Notice the nice shade match.
