Meet Our Team
April MossDental Hygienist
I bring over eight years of experience to Virginia Dental Center. I earned my degree in Dental Hygiene from Idaho State University, where I was a four-year presidential scholar and student representative for the College of Health Professions for three years. I also served as the dental education coordinator for Condor Humanitarian Services for three years and even traveled with them to Peru.
Outside of work, I instruct fitness, Zumba, barre, and boot camp classes. I'm a running fanatic and non-fiction enthusiast. If I'm not at home or in the office, I might be exploring a mountain.

I was born in Derry, New Hampshire but was raised in Woodbridge, Virginia. I've worked in the dental field since 2006 and received my degree in Dental Hygiene in 2012.
In my free time, I can be found in the gym or the bowling alley. I'm a dancing enthusiast and am working on growing my sense of humor.
I grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I moved to Virginia in 2015 and have come to really love the DMV area - except for the winter! I love to run and take spinning classes. I am also an avid reader and during my spare time, I volunteer at the library of Congress. My boyfriend and I are big DC United Fans and try to go to as many games as we can. If I am not at the local public library, you can probably find me at Gypsy Sally's listening to live music. I love Virginia Dental Center and wouldn't trade this office for anything.
